The BPA will be established in accordance with FAR Part 13.303 (Blanket Purchase Agreements) and FAR Part 16.7 (Agreements). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price agreement for commercial items and services for the procurement of specialty pharmaceuticals in various forms, including oral, injectable, and inhalation. The applicable NAICS Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,300 employees. The applicable PSC Code is 6505 – Drugs and Biologicals. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. No solicitation is available at this time. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1).
