This PWS defines the requirements and deliverables of the contractor, ensuring the individual Free Exercise of Religion for military personnel, family members, and authorized personnel, a statutory requirement under USC Title X. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform as a contracted Rabbi as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor is required to reside within 50 miles of Fort Eisenhower.
