Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas and the Medical Dispensary Building located on Ft. Chaffee, Barling, Arkansas. The sucessful offeror shall collect, transport, treat and dispose of all Regulated Medical Waste from all three locations once per month. Regulated Medical Waste is forbidden from disposal through standard waste disposal methods and requires special handling and due to health and safety hazards. The successful offeror shall provide services between the hours of 0700-1530 on Monday through Friday, except on recognized US Federal Holidays, or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-Directed facility/installation closings. Please read the attached Performance Work Statement for more details of the requirement. The Arkansas Army National Guard intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price five year contract. The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and four 12 month option years.
