Janelle R. Marlow, e-mail: janelle.r.marlow@irs.gov. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Penalty and Interest Calculator for 1040 Exam (PCICalcFor1040).

For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement titled IRS PICalcFor1040_PWS _RFI_DRAFT_v1.docx This Request for Information (RFI) will be available June 7, 2024, and will be distributed through GSA E-buy and through the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) Sam.gov. All future information about this Request for Information will also be distributed through GSA E-buy and through the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) Sam.gov.
