## Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP preperation requirements for an Ultrafast Momentum Microscope. Any clarification requests are due by Wednesday, February 5th. Your proposal must be received no later than Wednesday, February 12th, 2025, 5pm PST and be vaild for 90 days after submission. SLAC has a requirement for a U.S. domestic end item source of the following:

**Attached RFP_351763_ Ultrafast Momentum Microscope NOTE:** The following documents are attached in this solicitation. RFP_351763_ Ultrafast Momentum Microscope.zip Must complete and return all documentation mentioned in the cover letter. AMENDMENT 01 Included is Amendment 01 to the subject RFP to extend the clarifications date from Wednesday, February 5th, to Wednesday, February 12th. This action will also extend the proposal delivery date from Wednesday, February 12th, 2025, 5pm PST to Wednesday, February 20th, 2025, 5pm PST. A signed Amendment of Solicitation is required with the proposal package.
